We will do our best to ship items in the most economic way possible.   We process most orders in 1-2 business days.  If an item is on backorder but is expected to be recieved within the week your order will be held until back ordered items arrive.  If the back ordered item may be delayed longer than one week your order will ship in part and the backordered item will be shipped when it arrives.   Orders placed with express shipping are still subject to the 1-2 day processing time (not including weekends), please consider this when selecting the express option and add it to the shipping times listed.  Tracking is not automatically emailed to customers.  If you require a tracking number, please send us an email two days after you place your order and we will provide you with a tracking link for your package.  

Return Policy

Returned Product will be refunded as follows:

Probiotics cannot be returned at any time because the product has to remain at a cool temperature to maintain potency.

Products are to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, if the product has not been opened and the protection wrap is in place. (The cost of shipping is not included in refunds.)
Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded.

Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product. When we receive your package we will credit the account you paid us with using paypal for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. We apologize, but because of product shelf life products we are not able to accept returns on products after 30 days. Additionally, if you are returning/exchanging a quantity of 12 or more of the same item there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and product shelf life.

Instructions:
1. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Use the mailing address below to address your return shipment.
